What happens after I send through an enquiry?
Usually, we’ll arrange a time to come out and look at your site, take measurements, and discuss options with you. This is where we’ll also talk about approvals, materials, and your project goals.
In some cases, if measurements are all we need, we can provide a quote without a site visit. After this, we’ll prepare a detailed quote along with a timeframe — either when we can fit your job into our schedule or when it works best for you.
From there, if you should accept, we'll lock in your job and keep communication going until we're ready to go!
What areas of South Australia do you service?
We service Adelaide and all surrounding metro suburbs, including Eden Hills, Blackwood, Belair, Mitcham, Unley, Burnside, Glenelg, Brighton, and Marion. We also work further south towards Onkaparinga and north towards Tea Tree Gully. To the east, we service the Adelaide Hills and surrounding foothills.
We also take on rural projects across South Australia in major regions such as the Barossa Valley, Clare Valley, Fleurieu Peninsula, Kangaroo Island, Yorke Peninsula, Limestone Coast, Murraylands, Riverland, and Eyre Peninsula. How long will it take to hear back from you?
We aim to respond within 2–3 business days. If you haven’t received a response by then, please give us a call — occasionally enquiries can get lost in the shuffle, and we’d hate to miss yours.
How far in advance should I book my project?
No time is too early — getting in touch as soon as you’re ready gives you the best chance of securing your ideal timeframe. Our schedule can book out quickly, especially in peak seasons. During your quote, we’ll give you a start date and project duration so you’ll know exactly what to expect.
Can I meet with you before starting my project?
Yes — in fact, we prefer it. Meeting face-to-face helps you get a sense of who you’ll be working with and allows us to better understand your vision.
You’ll meet directly with our founder, who will be leading your job from start to finish. While you won’t meet the entire team until work begins, this personal connection is part of what makes our service unique.
What should I include when contacting you for a quote?
You can give us as little or as much information as you like — even something simple like “wanting a deck built” and what suburb you're located in. From there, we’ll ask the right questions to guide you, such as approximate measurements, photos, and the type of project you’re considering. Depending on the details, we may visit your site to measure and discuss options, or we may be able to prepare a quote from the information provided. Either way, you’ll receive a detailed quote with a timeframe for when your project can begin.
